Kadeway was established in 2015 by Ade Phillips and is based in South Buckinghamshire. Over the past 11 years, we have deliberately kept the business within manageable limits, allowing us to maintain the personal service and attention to detail that can often be lost within larger companies.

For us, it’s about more than simply providing a service. We take the time to understand our clients, their properties and what they need from us, building trusted relationships along the way. It is this personal approach, combined with professional standards and many years of experience, that continues to set Kadeway apart.

We have 40 years’ experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Over the years, we have seen first-hand the problems that can arise when a landlord or tenant is relying on an inadequate or poorly prepared inventory. This experience has shaped Kadeway’s approach, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and providing clear, reliable evidence that both landlords and tenants can have confidence in.

We follow the AIIC Code of Conduct and recognised guidance on damage and fair wear and tear. We are also fully insured for both public liability and professional indemnity, giving our clients additional reassurance that their property and interests are in safe hands.

OUR REPORTS

By combining 360° camera technology with traditional photography, Kadeway has developed a more immersive and transparent approach to property reporting. Our reports provide landlords, agents and tenants with a clearer picture of the property while making the approval process simple, straightforward and accessible.

Our online reporting software also allows tenants and occupants to provide feedback and, where appropriate, add their own photographs to the report. This means everyone has the opportunity to raise any points at the outset, helping to create a clear, accurate and agreed record of the property from the very beginning of the tenancy.
